Peppermint & Avocado Hair Mask

Peppermint has a bright and refreshing fragrance that will remind you of candy canes and sweet treats. The addition of avocado to this recipe makes the mask creamy.

The avocado, honey, and olive oil lock moisture into your hair, while the peppermint tea invigorates the scalp, leaving you with luscious, moisturized curls and a fresh, clean feeling.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 drops peppermint essential oil

Mash up the avocado and combine it with the honey, olive oil, and tea. Mix well. Part your hair into 4-6 sections and make 4-6 big twists. Untwist one section of hair. Apply mixture to the section from root to end using your fingers. Re-twist section. Repeat this process until all your twists are covered with the mixture. Place a shower cap over your hair for 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with cool or luke-warm water.
