Finding the perfect leave-in conditioner can be difficult. There are so many different products lines that claim to offer moisture and shine! Before you jump on the next product-craze bandwagon, why not try making your own leave-in conditioner? That is what I decided to do a month ago! I found a lovely homemade, organic leave-in conditioner recipe. The best part is you only need three ingredients! I have to thank ChicandKinky.com for the recipe goodness. (:
This conditioner is ideal for…
- dry curly, wavy hair
- hair that responds to water-based conditioners
- hair styled with hair extensions like kinky twists
What does it do?
- gives hair moisture
- detangles hair
- defines curly hair
- reduces itchy, scaly scalp
- tames oily Hair
- balances PH Level of hair
My experiences with the conditioner
My results from using this leave-in conditioner were awesome! After applying the leave-in conditioner, I had moisture, volume, and slip. I recommend sealing in the moisture with a light oil like Almond Oil. Also, I recommend using the conditioner only on freshly washed hair to avoid frizz and shrinkage. If you already have a go-to spritz, consider using this leave-in conditioner instead!
